Course and Accommodation costs

Booking Conditions for Belair Courses:
1. Deposit
A deposit of £200 (or £120 for partners) is payable to secure your booking.
2. Balance
The balance of the course Fee must be received no later than 42 days prior to the course start date. Your booking may be cancelled and the Deposit retained if the balance is not received by this time.
3. Meals at Belair
The Domaine de Bel Air provides a meal package (6 breakfasts & 10 main meals including all drinks ) for €173 (euros) which will be invoiced on arrival and is payable by credit card or cash.
4. Refund Policy
a. If you cancel up to 42 days prior to Course start date then any Deposit and/or Fee paid will be refunded, less an Administrative charge of £40.
b. If you cancel between 22 and 41 days prior to Course start date, any Fee paid will be refunded less the deposit of £200 (or £120 for partners).
c. If you cancel within 21 days of the start of the Course then no refund will be made.

Booking Conditions for London courses:
1. Course Fee
The Course Fee is £240.
2. Deposit
A deposit of £60 is payable at the time of booking to secure your place. If you prefer you can pay the whole Fee.
3. Balance
The balance of the Course Fee must be received no later than 15 days prior to the course start date. Your booking may be cancelled and the Deposit retained if the balance is not received by this date.
4. Refund Policy
If you cancel up to 15 days prior to the Course start date then any Fees paid, less an administrative charge of £40 will be refunded. If you cancel within 15 days of the course start date, then no refund will be made.
