Rob Barron

Pianist Rob Barron graduated from Leeds College of Music in 2003, having been awarded prizes for jazz performance 3 years running. He has recently completed the Guildhall postgraduate jazz course studying under Simon Purcell.

Rob currently holds the piano chair with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra and has recently toured the UK and Europe with several shows and theatre productions. Artist credits include Bob Mintzer, Phil Woods, Soweto Kinch, Curtis Fuller, Jimmy Heath, Anita Wardell and Alan Barnes.
